I was relieved to find Ken and grateful when he agreed to join our project. Ken effectively blended the skills we needed - unparalleled knowledge of Linux systems, the ability to quickly troubleshoot gaps and develop remediation strategies, the experience as a consultant to quickly make a difference at a new company, Ken's role was remote in the U.K., but required his availability to collaborate with Continental Europe and the U.S. Ken was always available and always willing to accommodate requests for meetings outside his normal working hours. I worked with Ken at Vodafone in 2020, while he was contracted with us. He assisted our team with some security system admin tasks. Ken came across quite knowledgable about the CIS and hardening standards in Linux/Unix. He helped mediate between the CIS and Vodafone security rules to help us get the servers up to security Spec. He also brought his knowledge of Ansible to our team, to help us migrate off of Ansible Tower completely. So we have a better system to get our playbooks running now, thanks to the efforts of Ken. He was very useful in teaching us further on how to use ansible within our environment (outside of using tower). Ken was also very thorough with his documentation, which was very good with the work he did, to help us continue our efforts. He is a fountain of knowledge on Linux/Unix topics. He is talkative and tries to be very communicative, will ask questions to gain the direction required for the task at hand; so that is good when getting information.

I worked with Ken on a very challenging Accenture led project for a global technology client. We had already been through a few consultants that could not deliver what was required and then Ken came in and saved the day. He delivered an automated/scripted build and worked out all the hardware/OS issues we had been having for months. He was very good with the end users and managed all device handouts himself 1 on 1. Some users had been particularly demanding throughout the project, but he managed them well and showed great patience. He also fully documented the entire build and carried out training/handover sessions with BAU teams. He was fantastic. The client was extremely happy with him. We would never have delivered the project requirements without him.

Ken worked at TIBCO for 6 months as a senior information systems analyst. During this period Ken proved to be a most capable individual in terms of his technical ability and made great in roads into improving TIBCO's IT infrastructure. Ken was also a very willing team player and was always very professional in his dealings with colleagues and customers alike. Ken has a good working knowledge of a variety of different systems, but RedHat is where his talent lies. During his time at TS Tech UK; Ken demonstrated a high level of skill and produced many scripts and procedures to make life easier for the rest of the department.
